I am a senior marketer with 20 years experience launching new brands and transforming existing ones at a global scale. Over the years, I had the opportunity to work with top leaders, teams, and agencies. I have led single brands, and also portfolio of brands across markets.
Having led the roll-out of multi-million dollar campaigns, developed and transformed business segments from scratch, I left my corporate life in 2020 to help and mentor growing tech companies.
Trained as a top marketer and brand strategist, I have seen ‘what good looks like’. I have the habit of thinking strategically and long-term, building brands before building campaigns. I have learned through trial and error that hockey-stick style short-term successes are expensive and not sustainable.
I am both a big-picture thinker and a do-er. I am able to distil valuable insights from data, and orchestrate the roll out of complex multi-channel campaigns across markets.
As Director of Marketing for firstly Europe then International markets, I built up and transformed the SME segment via the launch of a new value proposition. I led the roll-out of Shop Small in UK, the first ex-US market for the large-scale multi-channel marketing platform to support small businesses.
Working in the Global Brand Team, I led the development of a global messaging strategy to change brand perception and increase share of wallet.
Working in the Luxury Products Division, I oversaw the launch and re-launch of Giorgio Armani Cosmetics and Yves Saint Laurent Cosmetics in Asia.
I was Director of Marketing for Lancome in China, the company’s most strategic market, where I led the brand to maintain its #1 ranking in the country for 2 years consecutively. During this time, I grew and coached the team as the brand led the way to setting the standard for premium cosmetics in the country.
